In scope

Please report the following types of abuse.

  • Payment fraud

    Stolen cards, unauthorized payments, friendly fraud, chargeback abuse

  • Fake or unauthorized merchants

    Bogus businesses, scam stores, prohibited goods and services

  • Account abuse

    Compromised accounts, account takeovers, mule accounts, policy evasion

  • Impersonation

    Impersonating legitimate businesses or individuals on the platform

Out of scope

The following are not eligible for rewards.

  • General support issues

    Account access problems, payment disputes, or customer support requests

  • Spam or unsolicited content

    Promotional spam, unwanted messages, or non-abusive content

  • Non-security product feedback

    Feature requests, UI/UX feedback, or general suggestions

  • Issues with third-party services

    Vulnerabilities in third-party companies not directly related to the program

  • Self-harm, harassment or content moderation

    Reports better suited for the Trust & Safety team
