Reporting Scope

The program focuses on demonstrable online fraud and abuse, not ordinary customer dissatisfaction. A legitimate customer complaint may still be relevant if there is independent evidence of a broader fraudulent scheme.

Not a vulnerability disclosure program. Do not purchase tickets to test sellers, contact suspected criminals under false pretences, access private accounts, bypass access controls, or collect sensitive personal information unlawfully.

In scope for reporting

  • Ticket scams

Fraudulent offers for concert, festival, sporting event, and theatre tickets.

  • Counterfeit tickets

Misleading or deceptive ticket listings, including cases where the advertised ticket does not match what is delivered.

  • Impersonation

  • Phishing and credential theft

Fake StubHub login pages, fraudulent customer support messages, and attempts to steal account credentials or payment information.

  • Malicious domains and advertisements

Suspicious websites, search advertisements, and social media campaigns impersonating StubHub or exploiting its brand.

  • Organized ticket fraud

Connected accounts, domains, listings, and other observable indicators that may reveal coordinated fraudulent activity.
