What We're Investigating
This is an independent AbuseOne reporting initiative for online fraud and abuse that misuses the DHL brand, from fake parcel notifications and phishing websites to fraudulent delivery or customs fee requests, fake tracking pages and impersonation on social media.
Researchers document what they observe through lawful, publicly accessible information. AbuseOne reviews every submission individually and links related domains, phone numbers and accounts to uncover coordinated delivery scam campaigns.

Investigation Categories
These categories describe suspected abuse. Every report is assessed individually, and a DHL communication is not automatically fraudulent because it requests payment or contains an unusual message.
Not a vulnerability disclosure program. Do not click suspicious payment links, pay fees, open attachments, contact suspected criminals, or expose your own accounts to risk to generate evidence.
